Local botanicals
We have based our award-winning gin on the botanicals found on the marsh, golf course and sand dunes.
Samphire gives the herbaceous notes and elderflower the sweetness. Gorse provides the mellow smoothness and sea buckthorn adds citrus notes. Throw in a drop of local honey and you have the very essence of an early morning walk along the marsh and onto the wide-open sands of Brancaster Beach!

A classic Collins with fresh tarragon and the tang of grapefruit
Brancaster Gin (50ml)
Fresh Tarragon (3-4 blades)
Light brown sugar (1 tsp)
Pink grapefruit juice (75ml)
Artisan Pink Citrus tonic water
Muddle tarragon and sugar in shaker, add ice cubes, gin and grapefruit juice and strain into long glass full of ice. Top up with tonic and garnish with tarragon and pink grapefruit peel

Brancaster Gin (50ml)
Black pepper, freshly ground (2 pinches)
Celery salt (2 pinches)
1 lime wedge
Tomato juice (100ml)
Lemon juice (10ml)
Tabasco and Worcestershire sauce
Pour all the ingredients into a shaker with ice and shake until well-chilled. Strain into a large glass and garnish with a celery stalk and lime wedge

50ml Brancaster Gin
15ml Cointreau
15ml Lemon juice
A teaspoon of fine cut marmalade
Stir the marmalade into the Brancaster Gin in the base of a cocktail shaker until it dissolves. Shake with plenty of ice and strain into a martini glass
